I would start by having the trustee quit claim the property back to you. Then re-fi it and transfer back to the trust by quit claim deed.

I obtained a property “subject to” in December and created a trust w/a trustee from out of state. It’s now time for me to pull some money out of it so I can finish rehab and move in. What do I need to do to get it in my name so I can obtain financing??? HELP!!! Time is of the essence.
