My wife & I have three rental properties, one in DC two in VA. We already have an LLC. Should we transfer our rental properties to the LLC or even create one for each property? Will the title insurance transfer? What are the costs? The properties currently loose money every year but I am not allowed to write off the losses. Will moving them to an LLC enable me to write them off?
