Your question is very unclear. Are you stating that you applied for a loan at a bank and before the loan closed you perfected a deed transfer to someone else? Did you remove yourself from the deed?
just a quick question…i hope. i am in ny i ave done a deed transfer prior to signing a refinancing deal. as it turns out i got robbed big time by the bank and they are telling me that i cannot go back on the deal (even with my 3 day window to cancel). the reason they are giving me is “because i did the deed tranfer” anyone know the law on this one…

As River C says, your question’s fuzzy.
I can’t imagine a lender (other than Mafia, maybe) who’d demand you take their money, and I’d see a lawyer pronto about this to learn your rights and obligations before it begins to cost you $$$.
