I would like to speak with someone who has successfully used Transactional Funding aka wet funds to purchase Multi-Unit Apt Properties.
I would like to utilize the Extended feature of transactional Funding to give time for “C” buyer, but more important for the owner close to close on the property before year end as well as entice Seller with strong cash offer.
Also has any individuals Purchased Multi-units with transactional and flipped to their own Company??
