  1. Open your trust, which, to be complete names the grantor or the trust, and its trustee,beneficiary & alternative bens. as,if & when the primary ben dies.
  2. Deed the property into the trust.
  3. Yes, it can be done, is done all the time.

I have a rental that is in my name. What do I need to do to transfer into a trust? I want to start a LLC that I will make the Benf. after I tranfer into a trust.
Can this be done? And what steps do I need to take.
