How can I track the sell of a property? (Read the info below on this property)
The fire station will allow me to purchase the deed for $1614.99 plus 3%. I called the owner and she says the property has been sold. How can this happen w/o the fire station knowing about this sell?
A local fire station foreclosed on a property that should retail for $130k in excellent shape (the house needs about $10k in repairs.)
Court records show the fire station paid $1614.99 for the house in a foreclosure sale. The foreclosure occured because the owner died and the fire dues where not being paid on the property.
What do you think the fire station will sell this property for? Can they only sale for what they have invested in the property??
