Several weeks ago I posted a similar question in regards to LLC’s vs. Incorporation and I got no replies.
Maybe it’s that this topic has been posted too many times.
Sorry if this sounds silly or redundant but have you checked the article by John Hyre? He wrote an article on this topic and Im sure that your questions will be answered.
