I have a sfr free and clear value 55k, occupied in Ohio…seeking to draw as much equity out of as possble. I am seeking a 4-5 yr balloon on this. This home is fully rehabbed in NE Ohio. Also have a sfr in Northwestern PA fully rehabbed with a 60k value. It is vacant at this time because it is listed for sale. Mortgage on it is 38k. The mortgage can be transferred to the Ohio home as this has been discussed with the lender already. That is just an option if one lender doesn’t lend in one of the states. I know there is room to make a decent return for someone.
