Not to much positive views about him. A TV RE Guru that got caught up in the REI hype, and was hit with a class action lawsuit.

Robert allen (Nothing Down) once told me that Tom Vu was a graduate student of his who became successful in creative real estate.Greed got the best of him and went o jail.
