I know of a house in New Orleans thats been vacant for over 2 years. It is uptown in a good area. The owner is deceased and is still on record as the owner. Taxes have not been paid for 2 1/2 years. I am almost sure the house is paid in full. I would love to get my hands on the property. How would I go about doing it? My parents live next door and don’t know who owns it now. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
