“Member” is the proper title. Of course, you can always create an employment position (which could theoretically be filled by a third party), such as “Managing Director” or the like.

Hi everyone, I just have a quick question about what to put on my business cards. I recently formed an LLC, and officially my title is “member”. If I title myself on business cards and such as “Owner”, is this in fact accurate, or do I lose protection of the LLC by using a false title? What about “President” or “Director”? As a member of the LLC, can I arbitrarily assign myself a title, or do I need to file any type of paperwork to declare such a thing? Of course, whenever I signed, it’s always “member of …”.
