About 30 years ago I bought a property in which I was at the time in the process of forming a corporation. I took the property in the corporate name I was planning to set-up. But, because things were a bit chaotic at the time, family emergency among other things, I completely forgot to form this corporation. Now that I am doing my will, I took the papers out of my safe to see I hold title of this property in a corporate name. Can I just transfer title out of that name to myself since that corporation was never formed?
