This sounds like you have a claim against the title insurance. When you bought the property you purchased a title insurance policy, (hopefully) this sort of thing is what it is for.
I would seek a good local RE attorney to help you with this.

Can I get a clear title to property I bought almost 9 years ago? I have a deed to the property, have been paying property taxes, and maintaining and living on the property.

The title has my husband’s name and my name along with the deceased parents of the lady we bought the land from. The lady who sold us the property had other siblings, but they are deceased now. The lady who sold us the problem is in a nursing home and has alzheimer’s. We located some of the heirs of the deceased children and they wanted to resell the land back to us in order for us to clear the ploblem with the title. When we refused to buy our land again from the heirs, they sent us a letter stating we are co-tentants and have their permission to use the land until further notice. I want to know if there is any way I can get a clear title without the heirs signing off. We have been staying on this property and paying taxes for the almost 9 years. There are no liens or judgements on the property.
