Instead of bad credit OK, how about “no bank qualifying” You don’t want someone who needs to make a $50 cash deposit on a $20 check. lol Scott

What are your best tips for finding buyers for your properties? I’m already advertising in the classifieds with owner financing. What else should I be doing since the phone isn’t ringing like I want it to?

Try the info at nodiscount.com. It’s one of the best sites on the web that teaches how to sell real estate.
If you want tips go to the local libary. I’m sure you’ll find a few books titled 108 tips to selling homes. Sounds like you might need a system of selling.
Nodiscount.com has a section that teaches you how to do it yourself as well as one for their affiliates to do the work for you using their system.

owner finance, bad credit OK, low down…house info…phone number
It is pretty much the same ad I’ve seen a lot of other investors use. If someone has a better ad I’m open to it, but I guess what I am really looking for are additional things I can be doing to supplement the classified ad.
