Now if your buyer is getting a loan the lender may require title seasoning where the property must be in the seller’s name for 12 months, but that is a lender issue and has nothing to do with any law against reselling a property within a certain time period after buying it. If your buyer has the cash or a line of credit to use this won’t be a problem. If your buyer is getting a loan then it could be a problem with the lender.
