A big thanks to you, Scott, and all others who made the committment to attend. The response has been overwhelmingly good from everyone who attended.

It’s was a good kick in the pants to get me motivated to do more deals, too.

Folks-All but several hundred of you missed it-what a pity. You should have all been here in Denver, Colorado this weekend.

I am qualified to say this, having attended over six out-of town real estate educational events in the last two years, and for being a full-time real estate entrepreneur almost exclusively over that same period of time.

Mr. “fab” Bill and his wonderful wife Caroline put together an event touching all of our lives, and the three days of which have not been topped by any three days I have experienced in the real estate education world.

Just a clue of what you missed, so that hopefully you won’t overlook it again:

  1. Mr. Bruce Kapp, entrepreneur and motivational speaker- a real mensch, whose experience of both the highs and the lows of life and business inspired and taught us all the real essence of success at a level that touched us all deeply.
  2. Mr. Claude Diamond, the most knowledgable lease-option expert in the world
  3. Mr. Jeffrey Taylor, the most expert landlord
  4. Mr. William Bronchick-the foremost legal expert for real estate entrepreneurs-you are not really in business until you have his materials, and they are quite affordable
  5. Mr. Bruce W. Norris- the foremost foreclosures trainer that I know of, and expert in how to consistently buy distressed owner’s properties at 50% of FMV
  6. Merril Chandler- the foremost expert in maximizing your FICO, even if it is trashed through foreclosure or bankruptcy.
  7. Mr. Ron LeGrand - foremost overall expert in general real estate entrepreneuring. Bought and sold over 1,400 homes himself- a fabulous speaker.
  8. A dynamite round table of various entrepreneurs who are very successful. They shared between just a few people at each table some of the treasured secrets on how they became well-to-do or much better.

Shame on those who failed to attend! This was a life-changing event, the likes of which you won’t often see, even in the well-coached world of real estate entrepreneuring. And at only a small entry price, a much better value than the $1,000+ per day events that we often attend. Please come next year to Denver, and make this an on-going opportunity for us all to meet the finest!!!
