Why not put your OWN billboard and then rent it out…you will make MUCH more that way.

I see all over billboards for marlboro and the government welfare agencies on the side of corner buildings.
I called them to find out what they pay in metro NY.
they said $250-450 PER YEAR.
is that measly? generous? anyone out there have billboards on their property for additional income?
