Hello,

I have only been dealing with SFHs and seemed to notice the abundance of MHs in my area.

I’m not really sure if I want to get into this, so I was wondering if I bought a book (just a book, no course) would that be enough to get me through a deal from start to finish.

I don’t want to buy the whole course if I’m not going to pursue this area of investing. But if I do like it, I want something that will get me that first deal.

So, I guess what I am asking is, what book(s) should I purchase that will show me the light and show me the switch to turn on the light?
