I’ve been a relatively successful SFR investor for the past 5 years. Making pretty ok money each year for the past 3 years or so. Recently I bought a DW on its own land for like 140k. 3 months later I sold it and made 35k net. That was my first DW ever. I then bought another DW for 40k (with my own cash) and believe I should be able to make 40k Net within the next 4 months. I usually stayed away from DWs but money is money. Now I’m thinking of expanding my business and start buying some of these DWs. I live in Seattle, WA. Is this a feasible area to invest in DWs? Anybody lives close to Seattle who’s seasoned that I can network with?
