The people setting up short sales are realtors so you may want to get licensed first. Then join your local REA (Real Estate Investment Association) to get details on the short sale process from others who are actually doing it in your area. Also if you feell something is not right about the course etc. you are probably right. Start out trusting your own instincts and it will save you a lot of heartache in the long run. Best of luck!

The Short sale kid & ShortSaleRiches.com. Has anyone bought this material?

I guess I?m wondering if anyone has any experience with this course. On its face it looks like a total scam, but it appears the guy (Nathan Jurewicz) is a realtor in Florida and his partner is Chris McLaughlin, who is a real estate attorney and a real estate broker who overseas four Keller Williams branches in Florida. So while on the one hand I feel it?s a scam, or a stupid course, it seems to have experienced people behind it. The whole thing looks interesting, but it?s marketed in a way that makes me unsure if I?d be smart or stupid for buying it.

Any Thoughts?

I purchased the short sale course and I actually did a short sale. But I use the book that I brought that is written by Dwan. I wish I would have just saved my money and just purchased the book from Amazon. For short sales, Dway has an excellant book that takes you step by step. Good Luck.
