They worked when I posted them yesterday, I tested them first, but now they are dead today. So, nevermind, you will find the same articles at www.papergame.com I try not to refer people off site, but if the links are killed then that is the only option.
Hello Mr. Behle. You may remember me as the person who was inquiring about buying notes and the profit of buying these notes while attending school.
I am following up, as I am quite anxious to learn and begin buying notes before the summer rolls around. There is just so much information that I don’t know where to begin.
Other than your articles, what are some other learning sources that I could sit down with, actually take notes, and figure out how to do the calculating of the percentages, rates, etc? Or, do you recommend that I print out your articles?
Who and where do I find these notes to buy? REI groups? Ads that say must sale?
I have little to no capital to start with. I’m just ready to further my knowledge in real estate. I honestly want to begin doing this full-time straight out this spring and summer while I have extra time.
Please help me to begin taking the first steps in learning and buying notes.

Yes, print the articles out and study them along with the paper articles by the other hosts of this forum including Terry and J.P. Vaughan.
There are also some articles that are kind of buried without an easy to find link to them here on the website. Some changes were made some time ago and the links were lost, but the articles are still there. These articles are:
Each of those articles will be helpful. There are also a couple dozen or more articles posted on my website at “Paper Game - Information Article” that are not posted here yet. Many of those have to do with finding and funding notes.
We have covered “Finding paper”, “Funding paper” and using a financial calculator to figure yields here in the forum many, many times over the years. If you search under those terms and my name, you will find most of what you need to get started. So, if you search for “finding paper Behle” the search engine will churn out some great material to learn from. You might also want to use the advanced features of the “Google” search engine. You can restrict it to searching this website and it will produce some good results. You can basically study by topic and learn the whole paper industry.

The best place to start would be just a search of this forum. If you search under “Finding Notes Behle” and “Finding paper Behle” you should come up with some real good results. A few years ago I pasted over a hundred sources of finding notes on the forum and we have had discussions about many of them.
You might want to ask David and Michael if they cover those areas in their courses. I just don’t know. I haven’t seen David’s course and have only glanced at Michael’s. I wish I knew more about the contents of their courses so I could steer people the right direction.
The 2025 Lantern Rite event in Genshin Impact once again presented players with a dual feast for the eyes and the mind. In the 2025 Genshin Lantern Rite Hu Tao storyline, Hu Tao’s character image underwent a profound transformation. She not only displayed her whimsical and lively side but also highlighted her sense of responsibility and dedication as the head of the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor. Many players were deeply concerned about Hu Tao’s safety throughout the storyline, but fortunately, with the help of Zhongli and the Traveler, Hu Tao ultimately turned danger into safety and successfully escaped. The storyline, with its rich emotional layers and thrilling plot, has garnered widespread praise from players.
