Get it from private money lenders. With the economy flourishing the way it is, there are plenty of people out there that will loan you money. If you have trouble finding these lenders go to your local REI club , ask some mortgage brokers, or search the internet. If you need small loans like under 25K or so, your best bet might be credit cards, home equity loans, or business credit lines.
Search around. Money is all around you.

WHERE DO I GET IT? At least, that’s the big question for me. I’m really wanting to get into rehabbing with some quick fixer-uppers around here. I’ve got everything in place except where to get the financing. I’ve heard about people using contruction loans or investment loans that can provide them with the cash loan to value they need to purchase the house & pay for repairs, but WHERE CAN I GET THIS? And, what’s it look like typically, is the loan based on someone’s assessment of what the property will appraise for when it’s finished, or what?
PLEASE HELP!!!
