I am in Canada.and am trying to learn more about Creative RE and when I ‘stumbled’ upon this site via a Search function searching on the keyword “Carleton Sheets” I was amazed to find the ‘well-rounded knowledgeable’ RE Gurus here.
It is funny Abram should post this message because I was thinking of posting a ‘thank you’ message last night! I guess we all collectively connect on some level!
Thanks again for the contributors and ofcourse the Site Management team who are doing an EXCELLENT job (or shall I say, ‘Passionate Function’ since JOB is frowned upon!)
I have been lurking in this news group for several months and now feel it is time for me to comment.
Just want to say that the people who contribute are some of the kindest, most knowledgeable, and motivational people I have ever come across. They give advice, answer questions, and even sometimes share personal stories.
Many people think real estate involves taking advantage of people. In fact, it is all about helping people as the contributors to this group so often show.
To anyone who is a newbie, I suggest you page down to the article “Carleton Sheets saved my life”. If you are not a newbie, read it again anyway. It is a powerful motivator and sums up the Sheets course and philosophy nicely.
Sorry to be so long but I just wanted to extend my thanks to those of you who help others take that first step.
