Tony and Scott -
You are better in person! I really enjoyed the seminar and meeting like minded friends. I so enjoyed Tony’s truck and thanks to Ryan was not “scared away” from the home that needed to be rehaubed!
It was wonderful to see your parks and learn the magic numbers for success.
I have spoken to a few park owners since the class who want to sell. Only they are so HIGH in their prices. I am working up my A-B-C offers. I am a bit concerned that they will laugh when I share my numbers with them compared to their ideas of value.
Example - there is a woman going thru a divorce who owns a few parks with her xhusband to be. She has one park that has 7 spaces with 4 current MH in poor shape and all are vacant. There is also a block building which is being used for storage and needs anew roof. She has rented the units for $85-110 a week and they have a well and septic system. I like the location for renting and it is about 1.5 hours from my home. She wants $90k and will take some payments.

Hello All,
Just got back from additional time in the south (TN). Once again an informative and great time from excellent hosts Tony, Scott & Lisa. Reconvening with additional well-known and easy-to-talk-to folks is just too good to miss. Wonderful folks like Daphne, Ryan, Lin (thanks for the food), John, Lonnie & Joanne, Don & Karen, Steve Case, Bruce, Bernd (Burnt Toast!)& Alexander, et al.
It is great to get together with like-minded folks and trade ideas. One idea shown to me during bootcamp has already saved me $1200. That ain’t chump change.
Staying up VERY late is always interesting too. Hello to Molly Hatchet Ray (Chicago,IL), Dave(Teensyville?,IA) & Jim(Birmingham, AL).
Looking forward to MOM at Daphne’s and next year’s bootcamp.
My dad and I had a great time. It was a pleasure meeting Lonnie. I cant wait to get started! We went out looking at REO’s the next day. I found a really nice 28x68 that has the wiring stripped out on an acre for 22k Thanks everyone
Thank you Tony, Scott & Lisa for a great weekend. And a special thanks to Lin for having everyone to her house for food & socializing. Joanne & I enjoyed the time we spent with all of you & look forward to the next one.
Our best to all,
Joanne & Lonnie

Tony, Scott, Lisa
We had a great time at the boot camp! It was a real affirmation that we are on the right path with our investments. And we can lower our repair/maintenance costs and still have good, rentable units. Bruce cut through the BS on asset protection. Meeting Lonnie and Joann was a thrill. Tony’s truck is the coolest (I’m a mechanical fanatic) And the weather WOW. I could go on and on. Well worth it!

Tony, the boot camp was terrific. You and Scott opened my eyes to a whole new world of investing. I had closed my eyes to the existence of mobile homes as far as investing and I’m sure allowed a many of good profitable deals pass by. You and Scott has proven that mobile homes can be as profitable as any investing and with a lot less risk. Thanks and I look forward to meeting you and Scott again at future seminars. Great guest speakers as well and having the chance to meet Mr. Scruggs was invaluable. Thanks again
