I can’t thank ED enough for all his help. He expected nothing in return. Here is the problem I had.After posting a success story “My First Lease Option” I had a major problem arise. The owner of the home caused more than one problem with the bank. As a result of him being a pain the bank called the note “DUE” and I thought “What have I got myself into”. I know that there is no due on sale jail but I did put about three grand into fix-up on this house and the thought of loosing, it when money is so tight, was not plesant. This is when I called ED GARCIA in hopes that he could help. We had four phone conversations in which he pulled my buyers credit report and led me in the direction of a few lenders in my area. I have tried to get these people financed but when I had their credit report pulled by a local they only pulled from T.R.W and I made the mistake of not checking them out any further. They are good people but they are in their late fourties and they have had no credit history for the last six years. Ed helped me to understand the benifits of financing. This problem has turned out to be a blessing in disguise.Ed you have opened my eyes and taught me to take the blinders off. With the help of a local broker we created a credit history for them. We got letters from the utility and cable copmanies. Just the other day we received a loan commitment and it looks like we will close by the end of September. Thank you ED for your time and effort in helping a newbee out of a jam. Ed you are the MAN
