Re your post on Feb. 18 on the subject of title insurance. The reason for the fact that storytelling is still a long respected method of teaching life’s most important lessons is so clearly illustrated by the fact that after reading ALL the posts on all threads originating from “Jerry” and his questions about whether title insurance was really important I didn’t REALLY understand what was going on until I read Dave’s 3 short stories. It wasn’t the THREE LITTLE PIGS but I did learn of 3 ways my house could get blown down, so to speak! Live and learn! Thanks for all the info, guys.
