Am I impressed! You really took the bull by the horns and did what needed to be done and I congratulate you.
I’m going to be citing you and what you’ve done as great example to be emulated.

You both gave me good advice with the lis pendens by the U.S. Attorney. I told the prosecutor,t aht I’d go directly to the judge - he said ‘ok’. I called the judge’s chamber and was told, that I couldn’t just talk to the judge, but that I’d need to file a motion, any motion, so that I’d get a hearing.
Well, I filed my own ‘Motion for expungement of the lis pendens’ (not that I knew what I was doing, but I just wrote the truth as various claims and gave a copy to the Prosecutor.
Tonight a got a call from the person, that filed the lis pendens (she’s in the civil division and the prosecutor is in the legal division, so these things were in different hands) and she’s willing to release it, simoultaneously with my closing, so that the fraud doesn’t have any gap in between, when he could sell it. YEAH!
So, thank you very much. Your advice worked and I saved 10k for an attorney (not, that I would have really spent that
)
