Who ever told you it has to be an ARM is wrong. Fixed rates are available for Texas home equity loans. Give me a call and I’ll help you with this loan.

Can someone that knows texas refi laws tell me why you can’t refi a home equity line of credit with a fixed rate?
I was told that if I took out a home equity loan on a house that was paid off, that when i go to refi it has to be an arm loan? Is there any truth to this.>
