I know that he used to partners with a guy name Jason Gilbert out of Rancho Santa Fe, CA.
Sound like Terry is teaching the “buy distressed commercial for 60 cents on the dollar” where as Jason is teaching Master Lease Options and Joint Venture Facilitation.
I had about 10 emails a day from various “guru’s” promoting Jason so I’m assuming that’s a good thing.

I just got back from Terry Hale’s live event in Los Angeles and bought his course. I already had Jason’s and Terry’s has Master Lease Option as a bonus plus about 5 other bonuses and a system.
