Are these good terms for a line of credit?
Pricing on our lines is Prime plus 1.00% which would currently as of today’s date 7/28/2008 would be 6.00%. This is a floating rate and payment interest only based on outstanding balance. Typically there is a 1.00% origination fee and no annual fee thereafter. Terms are 12 months subject to annual renewal.
