sorry, should have been more specific. what i ment was a system like this:
- credit score over 600 +10 pts
- no felonys +10 pts
- checking account +5 pts
- co signer with good credit +20 pts
etc.
need 100 points to qualify…
can someone share a scoring system like this that is fair to every applicant.
