The only site I know of with a tenant tip list is at dealmakers.net forums at http://www.dealmakers.net/mail/index.html

There are a lot of websites where you list your property for sale/lease, but is there a website where someone would state “looking for a 1500sf office”. I overheard another invester today state he gets emails from an group which looks for space. I don’t know this guy that well so didn’t but in the conversation, but would this be a government agency or just a website? thanks
