I am not a bankruptcy attorney, however, I believe the debt is collectable as long as she did not include it in the BK. If she included it in the BK, it is no longer collectable. Maybe some of the attorneys on this board will comment.

I evicted a tenant whereas I had a prior money owed judgment and thus I received notice that tenant filed chapter 7 and no assets therefore no money. However, I had evicted them and they disappeared so I was unable to get a money judgement after they left due to unable to serve them. Since I now know where she is staying at, can I go back to court and try to get a judgement for the money she owed after she moved? I don’t know why not but …
Anyone that knows the law can they answer this?
