Thanks Jack 4 your input. It just so happen that I do my home on many wedsite as good as this one. I ask questions as you make know from a novice who is now getting really to buy his first investment home. I thank everyone even you for your input which is how I learn from those who know. Hello I know that if you put your mind heart and soul in to whatever it is you want to do it can be achieved. So with that being said is it realistic for one to achieve to own 10 or more rental property’s in ten years from now. Thank You for your help

You could own 10 properties in 1 year or less if you want to. Many of us do it every year.

While it is certainly admirable to want information and to ask for it, I believe it is unrealistic to just ask for any information in general. If you are really serious about investing in R.E., you need to read everything on this site (more than once), I know of no better place ro get knowledgeable quickly and go and join your local non profit R.E. Association. This will cost you very little to nothing and allow you enough knowledge to know specifically what information to ask for.
