I think that this goes right back in to trying to find the houses, or just the ordinary sellers instead of the “Motivated Sellers”. I have had a much better success rate at talking to people that are motivated by HAVING THEM RESPOND TO MY AD IN THE PAPER. When they are calling you they are the kind that are interested in selling, (motivated) however, when you are calling them then they are kind of weary. Not to say that it won’t work JC, but my past experience says to have the sellers call you.
