First: Are you in a tax deed state …or…a tax lien state.

Second…do you know the difference.

Third: search the archives of this and everyboard that you visit under “Tax Sales” Tax Certificate" or Tax LIens" these questions have been asked and answered dozens of times and you wil find lots of good info.

We are looking at maybe buying a property from a tax sale. Any advise on what we need to do or search for before we do this purchase? How can we make sure that there is no other liens on the property or IRS liens. Thanks
