Hello!
I’m in the beginning stage of REI. I’ll be starting out with flipping in the Cleveland, OH area. My question is regarding taxes. If I’m just going to flip contracts (for now) should I use a company name or just report the income as personal income? (I gross about 31,000 a year from my day job)
Any advise or insight would be helpful!!! Thanx alot!
