Bill is right on. Vernon Hoven’s book is a must have for the real estate investor. Danny Santucci has also done some very good work in this area.

For corporations, I highly recommend, Inc. and Grow Rich by my friend Al Allen. Available through Amazon.com.

Al’s company does my entitities, and via my introduction was the original company to set up Robert Kiyosaki’s Corp.'s and LP’s.

Good Investing,

Good morning,

Does anybody know of a good tax book, that explains all of the tax benefits that we have as real estate investors. And if I do a lease option and sublease the property with an option, when I sell my option, am I subject to capital gains. I would appreciate any help that I could get on this subject.

Thank you,
