As of today I am about to pay my 2nd month of lot rent. It is quite discouraging!!! I have tried every tactic in the book. Lower price, free month of lot rent…etc and still no luck. I don’t know what to do. I just had my baby this past Sunday and this is seemingly beconing a burden on my mind more and more everyday. I think I’m becoming a motivated seller :)…This is certainly one of the downs of this business…Any ideas would be appreciated

I’ve been reading these posts with interest over the past few weeks and I would like to know if Tamara Winstead has completed her first deal. From reading past posts, she says that she had almost sold her home but the buyer backed out. Tamara, have you sold this home? I’m curious because I am under the same circumstances. Buyer backed out and now I’m having to pay lot rent for the next month. Many ups and downs in this biz.
