Well I am taking the Landlord plunge. I have 10 houses that I have applied for building permits. They are simple 3/2/1 CBS homes 1100SF under air. Should rent for 795 per month. I will be holding these for long term. I am going to do 10 at a time. So for the next few months I will probably have some Tenant stories…lol. I have several lease options but I am in a sandwhich position in those. Well gotta go
