“Any suggestions…”
yeah, stop asking the same question in the same forum in such a short period of time…it may take a few days to get someone to reply to you. Be patient.

With even HUD now listing “water-infiltration” on their listings, are their any industry standards or guidelines for rehabbing a property that’s had a massive plumbing leak?
I just bought one that looks like it may have been leaking for a few weeks. There’s mold in the basement (up in the floor joists).
We plan to have it sprayed (Tyvek suits, etc.) and we’ll double- or triple-Kilz it?
Have you had any experience with this?
Any suggestions for preventing any mold/water-related problems in the future?
The last thing I want is to hear about this 3 years later.
Thanks.

After you treat and remove the mold, a dehumidifier will work wonders for you, and a fan to circulate the air. I basically had the same problem as you - and I put in the dehumidifier and ran it’s drain hose to a floor drain, so there’s no emptying it’s bucket (very convienent) and I installed a small low profile ceiling fan - which stays on low all the time.
