What happened at the auction? What was the occupancy rate of the building that was being auctioned off at $4 million?

There is a property that is being auctioned off this Sunday and I think it will go for around 4,000,000 and I only have about 10% of that. I know most people need at least 20%, I was wondering if anybody knew somebody who would do with 10%. Property is located in Washington and is commercial.
