I have about $200,000 to work with and would like to know what others would do to invest it. I currently have 1 rental house and would like to have many more, but I would also like to do some rehabing/flipping, but don’t necessarily want to be considered a “dealer”. My goal is to do this full time, but I’m not sure where the best place is for me to start. I can’t quit my job until I’m sure which direction to go in and I don’t want to BLOW IT! Suggestions???
