OK - It’s true what people say. Just get you’re name out there.

I put together a nice 1 page flyer and only had time to leave a few small stacks of 10-20 pages at 3 locations (a coffee shop, a mexican fast food eatery and an auto repair shop.) This was all done within the last month.

Results: 3 phone calls, 1 house already bought (no, I couldn’t give him a hard money loan - but I was interested in the house he had for sale), 1 junk note that I passed on and 1 business note that I’m just now trying to broker.

The point is…with almost no effort and very little exposure, I’m getting calls. This weekend I’m going to put flyers out in businesses/restaurants/auto repair shops, etc…all over the county.

Ahh, now if I could only afford that billboard.
