Hello Everyone,
I took the bootcamp from Finkel/Conti in Mar. 2002. I was a bit uncomfortable with the strategy, but my friend is making offers with their strategy and is scheduling about 5+ appts. each week. I think that many students just get cold feet, but the technique seems to be doable. One offer that my friend made to a seller, was copied by another investor 2 days later. The seller took my friend’s offer at first, then a third offer was made by someone else, just to buy the house outright.
I would love to hear some success stories to keep me motivated.

Has anybody had any success with Conti and Finkel’s L/O methods detailed in their free ebook? Their way sounds a lot better than just placing ads and sending out letters and hoping for a bite.

I have been using their methods for about 3 weeks now. I have two apointments tomorrow, two on Saturday and one next week. I also used their flyer and put them on cars. Got two calls, one is a preforeclosure, and one I can not help.
Go to wsradio.ws, then go to the real estate section, then the archives, and you can hear Finkel and Conti “role play” their calls.
