I think Tony and Scott’s material is great and I highly recommend it if you are interested in any and all aspects of land/home packages. I have their book and their Land Bank and Landlording cd’s and have learned a ton about investing in land/homes. I have a feeling I will be going back and referencing them often as I as move forward with my investments. Their material also inspired me to sign up for their boot camp.

I am also about to put in an offer on my first land/home land bank. So check their material out - it is worth the investment in money and time in my opinion.

If you are talking about the course written by Tony and Scott then i would say it is worth EVERY penny! I bought there land/home book almost two years ago and I have been doing L/H deals ever since and look back to there book as a reference. I believe they are the only ones writing on the subject anyway. GET IT
