Hello,
I have a project I am looking at…I have opportunity to purchase 10 acres. I have all the plans/blue prints of the 6-plex’s and 8-plex’s to be built on the current raw land. Land is zoned commercial/residential…Loan amount needed to purchase land and complete phase 1 of the project is $640,000. Phase 2 would be $450,000. Phase one would be complete in 2 years. After paying off mortgage and all other costs, profit would be $200,000. Is there any type of commercial financing that would allow financing on this type of project with 0 down and no commitment fee(seems everywhere is wanting to charge 3%). credit 650
