Storage of property - Posted by Troy

I purchased a home about a month ago, and found out later that the things in the garage belong to the prev. owners friend. He has been storing them there for about 6 months. I was also informed that she told him several month back to move it because of pending sale. I gave him a letter stating he had 14 days to clear it out. I then extended it three more days when he did not. Yester day I gave him a notorized copy of my Vac. Property, and had the sherriff come by while I did this. I then told him that he had till 6pm last night to move it or I will have my guys move and store in another place I have. He would then be liable for moving and storage. After 30 days I would dispose of it. Now what happens if I go today and he still has stuff in there. Thanks. Reply to the e-mail address
