In looking back at my earlier posts on this, it appeared to me that some have a need to ‘feel superior’ in their comments/replies.
As with any new emerging industry there is usually confusion and lack of info.
So too with Storage Condos.
They are ownership, not rentals. That’s the first basis.
all that one has to do is let ‘Google be your friend’ re Storage Condos.
If one looks at the total picture/market similar to residential condos imo it becomes a no brainer.
Storage Condos are not intended to be sold as an entire facility.

Ray, we discussed a few years ago my concept for the niche market as Storage Condos. You emailed me a lengthy explanation as to your doubts.
That industry appears to be gaining traction and a lot of developer/investors making a lot of money.
I remain in the belief it is a HUGE untapped market and I seek a group of those who could be like-minded.
