Great Ann, glad to hear that.
Thanks for letting me know. I’d be interested to see how informative the E-book is.
Take care;

Steve Brown & Joe Crump ? - Posted by Gladys_IL.

Does any one know these gentlemen?
I have never heard of them.
Joe Crump, No Money Down Books
Steve Brown, Delinquent Tax sales manual.
He sent me info to attend teleclass, I called in. His info sounds interesting and a good price, but I don’t know who he is so I didn’t send for it.
I would buy from this site if I was buying more products.
Thanks in advance for your reply. It would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve heard a little of Joe Crump, since we are from the same city. He was one of the top realtors a few years ago, so I felt comfortable ordering his book.
I ordered his E-book Friday evening, but never received it (???) I’ve sent tons of emails but no answers, so I sent a final email cancelling my order.
I’ll keep you posted when and if I get a reply. Hope this helps.
In the meantime, I’m looking for another course.
Does anybody have any suggestions?
Ann

Gladys, I don’t know if this helps you or not, but I saw a web site for someone named Joe Crump. It might be the same guy. He’s at
http://www.zerodowninvesting.com/
I don’t know anything about his materials and I never heard of him before. This is not meant to be any kind of advertising for the guy. (If posting the URL above violates the non-advertising policy here, then I apologize in advance.)

Ann,
Suggestion.
Click on courses and look at “Alternative RE Financing”
by William Bronchick or go directly to his site at

Hi Ann,
Thank you for your response.
I hope you get a response from him soon about the
E-Book or your money back.
You will find great books and help here on creonline.
I know there are so many courses it is hard to decide
which one, but check them out. Before you buy look over
and read all there information first.
I wish I would have found this site a few years ago
before I spent my money on different courses.
I have been receiving alot of info from REInvestors
lately that I have never heard of.
Steve Brown, Joe Crump, and yesterday Bill Steiger.
I think I will stick with creonline.
I hope you get an answer back from Joe Crump soon.
Yes, please keep me informed. Good luck.
Thanks Ann;
Gladys

Gladys,
I received the e-book this afternoon (Saturday) and an apology from Joe Crump for the inconvenience and have decided to “uncancel” my order.
I’m going to go ahead and download it now.
